The staff was LOVELY! I felt so welcomed, it was really heartwarming. I was easily picked up by the hotel after arrival at the bus station and I could also rent an ebike directly from the ryokan. I loved the traditional ryokan as well as the onsen space!

The staff were absolutely amazing! We were upgraded to a bigger room when we arrived which was so nice, and they gave us waters and treats when we would arrive or leave the hotel. They also left us with some photos of Mt Fuji when we checked out. They made the stay so wonderful. Everything was very clean in the room and onsen space. The beds were not the most comfortable, but we were expecting that when sleeping on a futon

The spot was spot‑on, overlooking Mt Fuji, and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The onsen was tiny but charming and flawless, with every little detail cared for. The staff member who attended us was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely come back. Nothing to complain about.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful, and everything felt clean and cozy. The onsen was fantastic and very relaxing, and Lowson was close by. The ryokan shows its age with a few rough edges, yet it’s clear it’s well‑maintained. All in all, a pleasant place with a great vibe.
