How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The suite we booked turned out to be a real suite, with a separate bedroom that had a door dividing it from the living space; however, the person in charge of the breakfast area did not keep the tables cleaned off.

The place was clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly, and it was close to shopping and dining.

When we went to our room the remote didn’t work; we were checking buttons behind the TV and noticed it was THICK with dust along with the air‑conditioner control (the one you don’t use to control temperature); we went downstairs and the remote was replaced. I showed the desk clerk pictures of the TV, etc., but he brushed it off and it didn’t get cleaned during our stay. The food wasn’t good, so we ate breakfast out every day.
