The staff were considerate and informative, the breakfasts were fab, dinners felt like home style, air conditioning worked, gathering rooms for drinks were comfortable, taxi service was fast, the European charm was present, the patio and rooftop were nice, restaurants were walkable, the smaller size felt cozy, security was solid, but I would have liked a firmer bed, a shower that drained faster, and a less noisy air conditioner.
