The staff were very friendly at all times, close and attentive to any questions via email or in person. The mattress and pillow were uncomfortable, the shower was disappointing because the water came out boiling, and breakfast was sparse, offering just a drink and one croissant.

The reception staff were very kind. The room has a single bed, not a bunk, with four beds per room (a must). Especially good for older guests.

The room was simple but spacious, had the necessary amenities and was close to points of interest. The included breakfast was basic but tasty. Still, the highlight was Pietro, who was attentive and ready to help at all times. I would stay again.
