How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The facilities are excellent, providing everything needed for a spectacular stay; the infinity-edge pool is perfect for watching sunsets while sipping a drink from the bar nearby. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. Our room offered a sea view and a jacuzzi on the balcony, making it even better. Everything was perfect.

I stayed one night and found no conditioner or soap in either shower. I was charged €25 to use the shuttle down the street, and the driver refused to take us any closer, causing us to miss our dinner reservation. At first we were taken to the wrong room, then the wrong luggage was brought to our room. We were told we had been upgraded, but it was the exact same room we booked. I requested a golf cart to pick us up from our room because it was so far from the front lobby and dangerous to walk, yet the cart never arrived, forcing me to walk down a slippery hill. The room included complimentary breakfast, but it didn’t start until 8 am while we had to leave at 7 am. The hotel delivered breakfast boxes the night before with items that needed refrigeration, but there was no space in the fridge because all the drinks were for purchase. Consequently, we had nowhere to store them and they went to waste. The items in the box were moldy when delivered.

It was a truly wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent, the staff especially friendly and always willing to help. The location is ideal, and the rooms were very spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Everything was flawless, and we would definitely choose it again! We recommend it without reservation.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The room was wonderful, the service was exceptional, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location of the hotel is simply amazing, and the view is an absolute dream. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There is no doubt that we will be coming back for our next vacation! And if anyone from the hotel staff happens to see this review — thank you so much for everything! You are truly amazing, warm, kind, and wonderful people. We really appreciate everything you did for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!. Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect!
