The spot near the Bull Fighting arena was great, just a 5‑minute walk. The room was old but very clean, the AC worked well, and the sweet lady at reception was patient even though she couldn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Spanish. The room and bathroom were the smallest we’ve ever stayed in; there was no space for suitcases except on the bed, which was sagging in the middle so we both rolled to the center. The bathroom sink was the tiniest I’ve seen – smaller than the one in an RV – and the towels were thin and needed replacement.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Madrid: rooms were clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, replying to WhatsApp messages almost instantly. The location was excellent, with two metro stations and several lines nearby for easy city travel. The room had AC, a shower, and a mini‑fridge, and it was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. Extras included free drinking water, cups, kettles from the ground floor, and the option to borrow a hairdryer, iron, and curling iron; staff gladly supplied extra toilet paper when we ran out. The only drawback was that the staff didn’t speak English, but that wasn’t a major issue for us thanks to a translation app. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, offering great convenience, cleanliness, and helpful service, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place in Madrid.

The staff helped us at every turn and we could leave our luggage safely with them. The hotel is close to buses, the metro, a park, bars and other services. The room appears larger in the pictures than it really is.

The staff were very friendly and efficient, and the location was great. The shower pressure was good, there were plenty of toilet paper rolls, and a hair dryer was available if needed. The photos made the room look larger than it actually is, and I noticed one missing towel.
