The welcome was very warm, the room comfortable, and the hotel decor is original. It was very good. A bedside lamp would have been nice and the breakfast could have been more plentiful (it’s a self‑serve of fruit, pastries, and hot drinks).

The staff were kind with unlimited coffee and snacks, and a fridge. The shower was cold in the evening and morning, and the air‑conditioning didn’t work.

A warm welcome set the tone right away. The hotel sits just a 20‑minute drive from the airport, making it perfect for a first or last night. Parking is secure and we were able to park our car there. We booked two rooms for five people but ended up with three rooms at the same price, which was a nice bonus.

The place was simply brilliant, full of character and close to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was very handy for us. Our host Eva was super friendly and helpful, even giving us a lift to the airport. We would definitely stay again.

Eva and her friend were friendly and welcoming, making our single‑night stay pleasant. The interior is charming, especially if you appreciate an arty Mexican style. On the rooftop terrace we enjoyed a variety of biscuits, fruits, teas, and coffee—a lovely touch. Late check‑out let us catch our flight after relaxing on the beach. The location is very central and convenient, close to the airport, though ADO buses only stop twice a day in Puerto, so a taxi to Cancun Airport is recommended. The Wi‑Fi was inconsistent and often not working. The shower only had cold water, which was frustrating given how cold the nights were that time of year. At 8 pm there was noise from an old pump on the upper floor and a neighbour who “entertained” the area with loud party music at 7 am.
