Everything was fine. The only issue was the security and the fact that I wasn’t registered.

The only positive thing was the location—close to the center. Nothing in the description matched reality. The bathroom had no toiletries, not even basic soap. The website claimed the kitchen, appliances, and washing machine were included, but a sign on the spot said the washer costs 10 € per day, and the oven or stove also 10 € per day (photo attached). The checkout time listed on the site was 11:00 h, but the sign in the property said 10:00 h. The TV couldn’t be turned on at all. The room was in poor condition: no air‑conditioning, no wardrobe or any clothing storage. It was dirty, smelled stale, and the parquet was extremely old and creaking (photo attached). The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were torn and had holes (photo attached). Besides the thin sheet, there were no other blankets or a light blanket. When the weather got colder, I had to wrap a bath towel over the sheet. The room key was bent, and the lock was deformed. After two major unlocking problems, I had to ask a neighboring room for help and stopped locking the door entirely for safety. Check‑in issues: the hosts didn’t send any pre‑arrival instructions and ignored my messages with questions. Upon arrival, the key box had no keys. After several phone calls and a long wait, a cleaning lady came to check us in. We were left waiting outside the building with four other guests who had the exact same problem.

The place is right in the middle of everything, which is handy if you want to walk around. Unfortunately, the whole experience felt like a total flop – I’d warn the next guest that it’s probably the worst stay I’ve ever had.

The power sockets have been jutting out of the walls for years – they look unsafe, and I was scared to even turn on the kitchen stove. After showering, water just sits in the bathroom because there’s no proper drainage, and the whole space could use a good cleaning. A couple of plants might make the room feel less bleak, especially if you’re staying more than one night.

Everything felt filthy – even the sheets seemed like they hadn’t been washed, and the pillows and mattress were stained all over. The photos don’t match reality; the furniture is broken, there’s no lampshade on the chandelier, and the windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in five years. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, cheap or not, and the kitchen is another nightmare.
