We happened to discover the property by chance on booking. Once we arrived, Manuela made us feel at home right away with her exceptional hospitality. She immediately offered us something, gave us explanations and brochures about local sights and dining spots. Our triple room was very comfortable, located on the upper part of the estate. The common area was also great, featuring a fully equipped kitchen available to guests for preparing meals that can be eaten on site. Outside, there is a covered area with wooden tables and a barbecue oven, also available to guests. The highlight was breakfast, where Manuela personally served pastries in addition to a savory breakfast. The location was convenient for visiting various places in Piceno (Ripatransone, Offida, Ascoli…) and for spending a few hours at the sea in Cupra or Grottammare (the nearest towns).
