The place is pretty basic, but it works well. Cris at the front desk was super friendly and made us feel welcome.

I went in with low expectations and ended up pleasantly surprised. The staff member who greeted us was attentive and cheerful, and the location couldn't be better. The room, even the bathroom, was comfortable—not the rustic vibe I imagined—so I know where I'll book if I return to Noronha.

“Péssima experiencia”

The spot is convenient, but the room felt thrown together. We arrived to find the room still being set up and only got access around 5 pm, with the front area constantly noisy. The bed was rock‑hard, the shower kept acting up, and the breakfast was a disappointment—no tapioca in sight. For a price that rivals five‑star hotels, the experience fell far short.

“Péssima experiência”

The location is solid and the staff do their best to smooth over a string of unnecessary wear‑and‑tear issues. However, they completely ignored the new Ministry of Tourism rule on check‑out times, and the facilities look far worse than the photos suggest. Overall, the service helps, but the infrastructure is disappointing.

Everything was fine, especially the warm welcome from Mrs. Bira, who was always pleasant and helpful. The only thing that left me wanting more was breakfast; the selection could use some variety. Otherwise, a decent stay.
