How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Nothing; they forgot to leave the keys for us in the room when the reception closed. The facts are that they forgot they had guests coming and didn’t leave the keys, and there was no way to reach reception because they literally turned off the reception phone.

The view is incredible, the kitchen has everything needed, nothing beats that property and those views; we even saw coatis and monkeys, a very nice place, each room has its own parking, and the staff is very friendly; if you have a rental car it’s better because of the distances in the area.

The spot is spot on, the terrace with swings offers gorgeous views. The staff are super friendly and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom feels a bit dated and the facilities are similarly old, but overall the value for money is great.

I stayed in cabin 5 and had an incredible view; the entire side facing the mountain is glazed with blackout curtains, the bed is comfortable and large, the kitchen has everything needed, and the bathroom is super complete; a large supermarket is very close, the walk to the center is nice but not recommended at night because you have to walk next to the road, while driving it’s only a few minutes; the staff were very friendly, they advised us on all activities and places to eat or drink, and communication was always clear from the moment of booking; I highly recommend it!!! Everything was perfect!
