We stayed here a second time and everything pleased us. It’s great that everything is included, since such all‑inclusive hotels are hard to find. No complaints.

Pros: pool, terrace in the room, a market in the square, parking, courteous staff. Cons: breakfast was poor, sheets were a bit stained, there were two instances of no water in the bathroom during the week, and the bathroom smelled bad.

Breakfast was decent but could be improved; the dishes were the same. The rooms were tidy, but the furniture was old. There were no fly screens on the windows, so a lizard crawled into our room. The bathroom constantly smelled of drain, and there were holes around the pipes. The renovated rooms are likely better; ours wasn’t worth the price.

Only the location mattered. I’d rather not say more.

We had a nice stay; the shuttle to the beach was the highlight. The food was fine, but for Muslims it’s a bit restrictive because the menu isn’t clear. The waitresses were very polite. Rooms were average, and the pools were excellent. The food options were low quality and there were no brand‑name drinks in the all‑inclusive package. The biggest missing feature was a kids’ play park— 90 % of guests were families with children, yet there were almost no activities for them.
