The calm was appreciated, but the sofa mattress was very dirty and the equipment was really old from the 70s.
I’ve been to this place before and it still feels great out in the woods. The staff were super friendly, and the lack of cell phone reception let me unwind. They offer WiFi so I could still send and receive messages. I’ll definitely book again. In the lobby they serve muffins in the morning with hot coffee or tea if you want.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by the fact that my phone service was unavailable, making it impossible for me to make calls. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had been looking forward to a relaxing getaway. The lack of cell service was a major inconvenience, and I was disappointed that I couldn't stay in touch with loved ones or access important information.
