It was a bed to sleep in. Dirty rooms, indifferent staff, and the room included a kitchenette but no utensils. The notice said you could request kitchen items, but when we asked we were told there were none. It was loud at night—police sirens, car alarms, thin walls. I had an idea of what I was getting into when I booked based on past reviews, but it was the cheapest option in the area and we were there for family matters, so it’s what we got.

The staff were friendly, especially front desk lady Tiffany who was very helpful and accommodating, and the price was reasonable, but the whole payment process was frustrating: I paid about $210, sent the hotel a virtual card that didn’t work, was told to make other plans when I tried to call customer service, had to pay again in person, and still received no refund.

The location was the only thing good; the room was dirty, smelled nasty, and felt like transitional housing with customers loitering outside and heavy police surveillance, so I didn’t stay because it wasn’t safe at all.
