The spot’s great—central, spotless, and the reception staff are polite and helpful, so I’d stay again next time I’m in town. The downside is that water supply is cut off due to town shortages; some guests leave taps open, wasting water when it returns, and there’s no backup for power outages, though they’re rare and the supply comes back fast.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel - the room and bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom was filthy. It seemed like no cleaning had been done for ages, with old guest clothes still lying around. The lack of hygiene and cleanliness was shocking. Everything in the room, including the TV console table, bedsheets, and bathroom toilet seat, was filthy.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel got off to a disappointing start. Although I arrived early, I wasn't able to check in until 1:30 pm, which was inconvenient. To make matters worse, the room was dirty, with dust on the mirror and stands, and my requests for cleaning staff were not properly addressed. The room's hygiene was a major letdown.
