Great hotel in a great location. The room has all the comforts. The staff are friendly, especially Uyen at reception who was super kind and helped us resolve an issue with a lot of availability and speed. Highly recommended.

Comfortable to stay, quiet, and close to everything. No complimentary water, coffee, or tea.

The staff were very helpful, the room was spacious, the bed was fluffy, and the air‑conditioner worked well. The lack of a parking lot meant I had to wait for a coin‑parking spot; there are many nearby, so it’s not a huge inconvenience, but the roads are narrow, crowded, and mostly one‑way, which made me nervous.

Very close to Dotonbori street and a short walk to trainstation. Very friendly staff and everything was clean. Smells like cigaretts by the elevators
