The spot was spot on, right across from the market and a quick hop to the metro; everyone on staff was great, and the room we stayed in was spot‑on. The only hiccups were that the bins weren’t emptied and the tea/coffee sachets weren’t refilled.

The reception was very friendly and they even handed us a port wine on arrival. The location was top, directly opposite the Mercado, and the breakfast was very generous.

It was a chic, youthful place that felt lovely. The spot was perfect, and the manager handed out loads of excellent sightseeing tips we hadn’t found ourselves. The start of the day was amazing with a fantastic cake and port wine. Staff were super helpful with luggage and all our needs. Awesome. We’ll definitely come back!
