The hotel and its service were fantastic. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, whether we chose the standard or vegetarian options. The mochi and apple juice we received as a welcome gift were delightful. Our room featured a private onsen that was simply the best; we stayed in September, so we missed the monkeys, but I can only imagine how wonderful the warm bath would feel in winter. The only issue was that some fixtures in the room were a little dusty, clearly indicating the building is old.
“Fantastic place to relax and enjoy local culture”
It was a fantastic experience with lovely staff, great food, and an incredibly relaxed atmosphere. Spending two nights immersed in the local vibe was a perfect way to end our travels, and it was the first time we achieved a 10/10. There was absolutely nothing negative.
The food was very tasty, and the staff’s manners were very polite and wonderful. The Wi‑Fi signal was a bit weak and hard to connect to. There were bees in the bath, which frightened the kids and they couldn’t stay in it for long.
The staff were very friendly, and the location is very close to the onsen town. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and filling, and the private onsen we tried was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the hotel lift required a wait.
“おもてなしレベルが最高のお宿です。”
The staff were all very kind, which I think is quite rare. It was a truly comfortable inn, and the bath was very pleasant. We only had breakfast this time, but it was delicious, especially the rice and miso soup. Even the small details felt like hospitality.
