Peninsula Gardens Hotel

The hotel was cozy and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The pool was beautiful and a great place to relax. The bartender was attentive and always offered drinks. We dined several times at the tasty restaurant. The rooms were cleaned promptly, all our requests were met, and they arranged taxis to the city center. They also recommended where to rent a car. Mustafa, probably the manager, speaks Russian and is very customer‑oriented; he gave us his number so we could contact him with any questions. The hotel is better than a 5‑star. We have a private sea access, comfortable loungers, and large bungalows for groups. It’s a great spot for shooting content, which we did the whole vacation. I’ll definitely return. It feels like home—cozy and comfortable. We filmed a lot of content and will miss the dog and cats. The breakfasts were varied, but there was no squirrel 😂.

“lovely place for a romantic trip”

The sushi grill restaurant was very good, and the bed was very inspiring. The coffee in the morning could be better, and we missed some orange juice.

“Зеленый отель для уединенного отдыха”

The location is perfect for a cozy and secluded break with a green shaded area and a beach access slope; getting to the city takes just a taxi, and the staff help quickly. The daily cleaning in economy rooms is missing—just changing used towels isn’t enough for a beach vacation; it should be daily. The bar on the upper terrace isn’t on the beach side; the room allocation didn’t account for the number of people and room size—smaller rooms should house one person, larger ones two when available for groups.

“Disappointing”

The water access is incredible and the pool is lovely. I wish I had paid more to stay elsewhere. You have to request a towel change and extra toilet paper instead of having daily cleaning; things aren’t maintained well around the water deck chairs and there’s an overall lack of care. The images gave a misleading impression.

We specifically chose this hotel far from the city center of Kasha to enjoy a quieter spot. Overall, the staff were very polite, friendly, and always smiling. A special thanks to Mustafa! He knows Kazakh and spoke with us fluently, helping solve various issues and questions—thanks a lot! However, the breakfast didn’t satisfy us. Given the price, we expected a more varied and higher‑quality breakfast; cheaper hotels had better breakfasts. The tap water ran out frequently, so we had to keep asking for more, which was inconvenient. There were almost no drink options besides water and tea. We also felt the kitchen had small problems. The lunch was not tasty, and the prices were high. Another issue was the hotel’s location: when we wanted to go to Kasha city center, we had to wait about 20 minutes for a taxi. Having a car would be much more convenient. If you plan to go to the center often, keep that in mind.
