“High-quality accommodation in Drenthe.”
The place is very functional and eco‑friendly. I really liked how the houses are designed: two bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, plus an extra toilet in the entrance area. The kitchen comes fully equipped, with high‑quality BOSCH appliances and a Nespresso machine. Heating through air‑conditioning units is quick and efficient, and I also appreciate the air‑recovery ventilation system. The houses sit beautifully in nature, away from the main road, which keeps the environment peaceful.
On the downside, there isn’t much to criticize, just a few small details. The electric vehicle charging station doesn’t accept mobile payments or have a payment terminal, and there are no instructions on how to start the charging process. Maybe local Dutch charging cards exist, but for an international tourist the system isn’t very practical. The waste disposal area could be better designed—it’s currently covered with plastic sheets that look unappealing. In the bedroom, a green indicator light sits directly above the bed, which can disturb people who need complete darkness to sleep.
