The location was fine, but the sofa in the room was stained and the curtain was broken; otherwise everything was okay.

“An exceptional hotel stay.”

The facility was excellent, providing everything we needed and located close to shops; a free trolley car at the front let us roam the town, and Michael went out of his way to keep us comfortable, even offering a later checkout because of the heat before our flight.
