“Almost meet expectations”

The spot was perfect for us. I took part in a cross‑continental swim competition, and Cemiz Topuzlu Park is just a 20‑minute walk away, while Ortaköy is only 10 minutes on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Berrin teyze and Arda, making us feel like family. The view across the Bosphorus is amazing. However, more staff are needed. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly even after five nights. Relying on one person to handle everything—breakfast, cleaning, etc.—is unreasonable. The rooms have great potential but need minor updates: new taps and showers, some fresh paint, deep cleaning, new towels, and a fix for the Wi‑Fi, which didn’t work well. Overall, the dedicated staff deserve proper support.

The location was very good, and I especially want to commend the two women working at the hotel—they’re truly top‑class: they handle everything from rooms to breakfast service to guest reception. They’re always friendly, available, and attentive, clearly doing their best to make the stay pleasant. Unfortunately, the rest needs improvement. The two rooms we booked were in poor condition and didn’t match the quality we expected based on our reservation, which greatly diminished our experience.

The Bosphorus location, staff, gardens, and balcony are all welcoming, and everyone at the hotel is cooperative and friendly. This is my second visit in two months, and I plan to extend my stay by a few days. Thanks to everyone. There’s nothing else to mention; overall it was very good for its value.

We felt at home in this great place; the authentic rooms, the friendly staff, and the breakfast were all very nice.

“Prima, vanwege de leuke inrichting van het hotel, het aardige personeel en de locatie.”

The people were incredibly kind. The ladies who brought the breakfast were very friendly and cheerful. The downside is that no staff speak English; they can’t help you because they only speak Turkish. The hotel has a nice garden and central area, but there’s no way to order anything, and no food service is available.
