“Excellent option for our stay. Fantastic management and staff!”

We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and Darren went out of his way to let us check in earlier than usual, which we appreciated a lot. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for two people. I've stayed here before and will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

“Great place with this issue”

The location is fantastic. However, all guests were disturbed by a mentally unstable person who smashed walls, slammed doors, and ranted loudly, eventually breaking a window. We were paying guests, and with children around, it was unacceptable.

“Find a better place to stay”

I wouldn't give it a rating because it was horrible. Two nights, kid‑free, but I couldn't sleep due to outside light, and the lady next door was annoyed too. Problems included: 1) difficulty finding the place; 2) the pool was unusable because ducks swam and defecated in it; 3) the air conditioning stopped working after 8 pm; 4) no power outlets near the bed; 5) outside lights stayed on all night and the curtains were too small, letting light in; 6) I found a baby cockroach in the bathroom.
