The furnishings were excellent, with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the thermostat and air‑con let me adjust temperature easily. It’s close to two supermarkets, and the lobby door and lift are secure. A kitchen is available so eating out can be pricey in Finland. A small washing machine lets me do laundry in the room, and there’s a freezer and fridge. The kitchenware and room are very clean, and laundry detergent was supplied. Finding the building at night in winter was confusing because there are two buildings with the same name, 1 and 2. Signage was unclear and the address pointed to building 2 instead of the one I was staying in, so even the taxi driver struggled—his GPS led him to building 2. As a non‑Finnish speaker, reading the Finnish address is confusing. They should improve signage, navigation, and translations for foreign tourists. It would also help to have a hairdryer in each room instead of borrowing from the lobby locker, as drying clothes indoors without a dryer and balcony takes a long time.

Check‑in was easy, the room was tidy, and the location was perfect.

The location is great, the place is clean, and the staff were very helpful arranging parking. The breakfast was in a different building (where you had to go in the rain), and finding it wasn’t very easy. Also, check‑in could be simpler: the tablets’ keyboards are too small and hard to use, especially when taking a photo of the passport. Getting a second key failed because the instructions were unclear or missing.
