The property is well connected to main attractions via metro and bus, and the surrounding area offers a variety of services, vintage stores, supermarkets, boulangeries, brasseries, and multi‑ethnic restaurants, giving you plenty of options to explore. There is a paid luggage storage service. Even though the area is busy, the room remained well insulated when the windows were closed, but the building is practically inaccessible to people with disabilities. I traveled with my brother, who had recently suffered an ankle injury, and we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs without an elevator (almost none of the buildings in the area have one). The room was tiny, almost entirely taken up by a single double bed, with no wardrobes or tables, only one open dresser at the entrance and a window that could not be fully opened because the curtain rod would detach if you tried to lift it. Opening the window was essential, as it was the only one in the room and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, but it opened onto a walled courtyard, which is not recommended for claustrophobia sufferers. The bathroom was equally inconvenient, with a sink cramped into a corner and no towel racks or shelves for personal items. Although the room had a “Make‑up room” sign on the day it was needed, it was only cleaned the next day, and we entered the room without permission, without the sign, and there was no safe to store valuables. Despite these issues, we managed to enjoy a pleasant stay and focus on our plans and the city, but the room’s price is not justified in any way.

The location is really good, and the rooms are decent for the price; even with the things I didn’t like, I would return to this place. However, the lack of cleanliness bothered me. The floor, toilet tiles, and the toilet mirror were dirty, and the soap dispenser in the toilet was broken—small issues that could have made my stay much better with a little effort.
