A great apartment, we enjoyed a pleasant mid‑vacation, although we spent very little time inside. It’s a bit far from walking tourist spots, but a bus and metro stop nearby make it acceptable for accessibility.

The Casa di Fiore is a roomy flat in a calm area, just a 7–10 minute walk from the Re di Roma metro. Initially the manager told us it was only a room and that other guests would arrive later, even though we’d booked the whole place, but the issue was resolved the next day and we stayed in the entire apartment as paid. It was cold in December, yet the owner gave us the AC remote so we could heat the room and stay comfortable.

It’s close to Rome’s historic centre, a bus away, with routes passing right by the flat and taking 20 minutes to the city. The building has an elevator. Three large rooms with two full bathrooms make bathroom logistics easy for big groups. The kitchen is fully equipped and in excellent condition. The host was very attentive from the start, letting us in before check‑in time, which helped because we arrived early with all our luggage. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Everything was excellent.

The flat sits in a quiet area and offers two showers and two toilets, which was very comfortable. The facilities are old; we couldn’t close the main bedroom door, so we had to be careful. We were told not to use the air‑conditioner, leaving the main bedroom colder than the rest.

Summary of this review
The customer service was poor. The agent didn’t answer calls or messages, and after repeatedly trying to call to open the facility, they switched the phone on us. I had to pay extra for a hotel that night.
