There isn’t anything that a normal person would like here; it smells, it’s dirty, it’s cramped, rust is everywhere, the toilet flushes what you put in it, it’s full of flies, there’s no fridge or electric kettle, no soap, no hand towels, the so‑called bath towels are beach towels, and all this misery is charged as a city‑center Kraków apartment. What audacity!
The price was outrageous for the quality; we arrived late at the location, but I wouldn’t go back. I’ve visited many hotels, but this was the worst experience, unfortunately.
