“Cómodo”

The owners are very attentive and helpful. The bathroom is comfortable and clean, and the room is spacious. Breakfast is served at a nearby venue that’s very well attended. On arrival it was a bit hard to find the place; remember you have to climb a couple of flights of stairs to reach the house.

The location was simply great, right in the middle, and the room was totally sweet, missing nothing. We also liked that we could eat breakfast outside, get a breakfast card, and sit on the sidewalk in the middle of Naples; we could of course also go inside. We felt very comfortable; the lovely owner lives there too, a nice lady, though we couldn’t communicate directly but Google made it possible. With her son we were always in touch via WhatsApp, and he helped with everything—midnight we needed a taxi and he handled everything, even texting me at night to confirm the taxi arrived, for which we’re very grateful. We would come back again. The only downside was that we stayed only two nights.

Margarita’s service was good. The place is in a dirty, rundown neighbourhood, not identified. The surrounding area is in bad condition and the entrance to the room is very complicated.

“Un fine settimana tranquillo”

The location is super convenient for getting to the city centre or catching the metro, and Mrs. Margherita was always helpful and friendly whenever we needed something. The room was basic but clean, and the air conditioning saved us from the scorching heat. It would be nicer to have a fridge in the room, preferably a newer model.

“Bon séjour”

The setting and the accommodation were in a historic style. The breakfast was lacking – just a brioche, a coffee, and a glass of sparkling water.
