I absolutely love staying here, especially when my little niece joins me ♡ But I hate that the front desk says you can’t leave luggage when you arrive; they claim there’s a place, but no, there isn’t. I asked the staff and they all said the same thing. Three weeks ago, the room only had cold water, which they fixed; this week it was only hot water, again fixed. Two problems in 30 days, yet I still adore this place.
