“Non vale.”
The location is fantastic and the hotel’s exterior is great, but the “included” breakfast was absurd after we pressed for it – you had to pick one of eight sandwich options from four signs stuck in a supermarket‑like room, with only American coffee and water free while everything else cost extra and was portioned individually. The corridors were stained and no one seemed to be cleaning them, the valet fee was way too high, and the rooms were poorly sound‑proofed.
“Great”
The hotel was close to the Spanish Consulate, and it was nice.
“Cleanliness leaves much to be desired”
Location. But the cleanliness leaves much to be desired
“Volveria por Ubicacion/ Precio”
The spot is perfect and the staff are very attentive, though the hallways could do with a remodel.
“Enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in Coral Gables”
We skipped breakfast, but overall the stay was excellent. The location and cleanliness were very good, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. The only downside was the carpet: my wife didn't like its old smell, though it wasn't a deal‑breaker.
