We had a room on the 31st floor with a breathtaking view of the Niagara Falls.
“Incredible view”
Room 2909 offered an incredible view, and the staff were friendly and helpful at check‑in. We found everything we needed in the room, but water wasn’t replenished daily and the floor wasn’t vacuumed well, leaving hair from previous guests.
The breakfast was great but you have to add tip. The falls view is amazing!. The hotel parking was expensive, 50$. While the hotel has a great view over the falls, walking to the falls is 24 minutes. The hotel is also pretty far from the touristic center. We booked a king room with falls view. The first room we received had an edge with a crane which ruined the view. Another room they offered was on a much lower floor and had cables on the window. Eventually we receiced a quin room where the view was not blocked
The hotel’s proximity to the falls and the view of the falls were awesome.
The buffet breakfast was good, and because I have celiac they offered gluten‑free options. The room needed updating and better cleaning; spiders were in our room, and we had to pay for parking, whereas most hotels in the area offer free parking.
