How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel sits close to the metro, just one stop from Ma'ariv Square, and the staff are friendly. Lika, in particular, prepared tasty, nutritious breakfasts and treated everyone personally, which we really appreciated. The property could use a refresh, though: the shower jets are old and weak, the mattress in some rooms is fine but ours was quite uncomfortable, and in one of our rooms water actually leaked out of the shower. A full renovation would help.

The location is great, right near Rustaveli Street and the metro, but the room furniture is dated and the overall cleanliness is only average. The biggest issue was the housekeeping crew, who start vacuuming at 8:00 a.m. and speak loudly, making it hard to sleep. On arrival they handed us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, at the end of my stay I discovered a small, inexpensive Tbilisi souvenir I had left in my suitcase was missing. I didn’t accuse anyone, but the loss was disappointing. I called the hotel afterward and they promised to investigate, yet I never heard back. The place is well‑located, but it needs better room upkeep, quieter housekeeping, and stronger customer service.

A cozy little hotel on a quiet street, just a couple of steps from the metro and Rustaveli Avenue. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, and there’s a courtyard where you can sit. The reception staff are excellent, speak good Russian, and resolve any issue quickly. Many restaurants are nearby. We stayed in a renovated room with a view of the cable car; the open window let in a bit of noise, but closing it solved everything.

We visited twice, two nights apart, staying in two rooms. The first stay was in better rooms: a double on the first floor and a four‑person room on the second floor, both large and easy to access. In the shower there was no place for toiletries, so I had to put my items on the floor, which was uncomfortable.

We were back for our second night. The breakfast was pretty good. One of the rooms was on the second‑floor balcony, hard to reach with our luggage, but the front‑desk staff helped haul all our bags up, which was very kind. The shower lacked a glass door, just a dark curtain, and there was no spot near the sink to put my stuff.
