“Leider waren wir insgesamt sehr enttäuscht und würden dieses Hotel weder weiterempfehlen noch erneut buchen. Das größte”
Crêpes, modern rooms, restaurant staff. Housekeeping cleanliness issues, limited food selection, no pool spot even early in the morning.
“Szuper szállás, kedves személyzet, kiváló ételek, remek utazás”
We had a fantastic time with my wife. We had stayed at a few Greek hotels before, but the food here was among the best, including desserts. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The hotel was 10 minutes from the capital city of Kos, a great location. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Thank you for the wonderful rest at the hotel! The only downside: the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear every door knock and hallway chatter, and by about 8 am we were already awake, which wasn’t always very pleasant even with earplugs. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the local taxi service was unreliable: one morning we waited for ten taxis, none of which appeared even after an hour, so everyone missed the daily excursions and boat trips. It’s pricier but worth ordering a private transfer if you need to be on time anywhere.
“Great room, reception staff were lovely and very helpful. However there’s much better value for money at other hotels.”
The pool suite room was outstanding, yet the overall vibe feels more like a mid‑range spot than a 5‑star; people occupy the sunbeds with towels all day, the food is mediocre, and a few staff members come across as rude, giving off a very Benidorm‑style feel.
The hotel complex is generally well designed and well located, giving a pleasant first impression. Some staff were friendly and diligent, making certain situations positive. Unfortunately, there were several obvious shortcomings in cleanliness, service, and organization, including inadequate room cleaning, missing information at check‑in, and technical problems in the room. Additionally, a very unpleasant incident during dinner severely impacted the overall experience. Overall, the stay did not meet the expected quality standard.
The place was clean, the food tasty, the staff welcoming, and the views were gorgeous, but it sits pretty far from anything—no sidewalks or shops nearby, so you’re stuck where you are. Luckily a bus stop is right outside, making the trip into Kos a breeze.
