The staff were very friendly. The hotel also sells smoothies, all kinds of drinks, and sandwiches. They help you book tickets to WinWorld and give practical information. They escorted us to the bus. It’s quiet at night and very central in Grand World, right next to the night market. The air conditioning is good and the rooms are nice for a good price. I’ll definitely return!

The location is amazing, right in the middle of the grand world area, within walking distance of the night market, countless restaurants, and other attractions. The room was very cosy, but the highlight was the warm welcome from the management, who were exceptionally nice and helpful. Such amazing people. I wish I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend Xan Hotel to travellers on a budget looking for a 5‑star experience.

The central hotel is clean, comfortable, and has friendly staff. This is my third stay at Xan Hotel.

The room was lovely and clean, but the entrance isn’t clear, and once inside you realise the owners/housekeepers spend most of their time downstairs in the cafe, which I’m not sure serves food or drink. The windows were open, letting birds fly in, which isn’t very hygienic. They advertise as beachfront, and the pin on this app shows it’s on the beach, but it’s a 10‑minute walk—very deceiving.
