Everything was excellent: friendly, professional service, a newly renovated shaded rooftop terrace, revamped kitchens with a great chef, hearty breakfasts, and a perfect location right at the entrance of Thamel with a taxi stand just steps away. I’ve been coming to this hotel for years.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for several years now. They truly go the extra mile for guests. The terrace and kitchen renovations are definite highlights.

The hotel is within walking distance of all the shops in Thamel. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the room price, but this place is run down. The room’s facilities are outdated, the toilet is dirty, and the shower smells awful. I had to switch rooms because the first one had a stale, damp odor; the second room was still neglected with a dirty toilet. The bed and pillow sheets carried a smell. At night, reception and local women walking and talking near my door kept me awake until late. There’s no fan in the room, so you’ll have to open the window to get fresh air.

Good location and very professional staff. The director is very friendly. The bathroom cleanliness needs a serious review; the standards of cleanliness must be improved.
