How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

“Do not reccommend! Better off at the two seasons next door”

Location only. I had to stay here last minute because of cancellations. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the staff were unhelpful. They wouldn’t let us check in early even after telling us the room was ready and carrying our bags up to the room. Breakfast was not a buffet and was terrible, offering only two options: a Filipino or American breakfast. I would not recommend it at all; staying next door at the Two Seasons would have been better.

“Convenient for onward travel, with sunset views but in desperate need of some TLC”

Very convenient for the boat to Sunlight Eco Resort; the sunset view from the deck was stunning. I had a good cappuccino, and the staff were very friendly. However, the place looked very tired and was generally in poor repair, with dangerous decking and steps to the pool. The pool itself was dirty, with a toothpick floating in it. Menus were limited, and the breakfast buffet was sparse in both quantity and choice. The sea view was actually just the wall of the hotel next door.

“Perfect stop gap”

Very handy for an early ferry and with kids. I loved that the pool stayed open until 10 pm!

“Décevant”

There wasn’t much to like. The welcome was unfriendly, the staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were not pleasant, and the pool was in terrible condition – a disgrace. The area around the pool was also very dirty.

“Séjour mitigé”

Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et agréable; la position géographique est pratique, on peut y aller à pied en sortant du débarcadère. La piscine et la terrasse avec vue sur la baie sont très agréables. La chambre était propre mais le lit très inconfortable (matelas très très dur) et la fenêtre donne sur le mur du bâtiment voisin et sur les gaine de ventilation. Le restaurant a peu de choix (beaucoup de plats indisponibles) et la communication en anglais est compliquée avec les serveurs. La position géographique est pratique, on peut y aller à pied en sortant du débarcadère mais loin du centre-ville.
