The location was wonderfully clean, but we couldn’t check in before 14:00 even though it was a Wednesday and the hotel was empty; we left São Paulo after a 10‑hour bus ride and just wanted a shower and a change of clothes, it was unpleasant to wait until the official time to enter the room, which was empty and had been cleaned until 11:00, yet we still had to wait from early morning until 14:00.

“Não recomendo .”

Only the bed was comfortable; I found the staff hard to understand, the check‑in was at 14:00 and I arrived at 13:30, the room was already clean but they wouldn’t let me in until exactly 14:00 even though we’d spent 12 hours at the airport; breakfast was awful, food was missing, other guests complained, there were almost no options, it seemed like they were making 10 eggs for about 20 people, overall it felt disorganized—I wanted to grab coffee at the bakery instead.

Breakfast, location, and service were good, but when I turned on the AC a sewage smell came out; we asked for a check on the night of the 10th, the attendant said she could only check on the 11th, and after the 11th the smell was fixed.
