How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The property was very nice to stay at. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were spectacular. Overall a great stay. there 2 flaws tho, the second floor’s ice machine was not working while the other floors had ice. I had to constantly go up a floor or done a floor for some ice. The other was that the washer and dryer were out of service for the entire stay there

The room was fine, but the pool was very small, had a lot of chlorine, and the hot water was too hot even in the heat.

The staff—Joseph, Amber, Mohammed, and Linda—were incredibly attentive, polite, professional, and helpful, making my first U.S. visit unforgettable; I’d gladly return because of their detail and kindness. The hotel itself was spotless, the cleaning crew courteous, and the gym was good. I did have to toss the chicken burger at the restaurant because it was awful, and the room’s sound insulation left something to be desired.

I had a great time overall.

I really liked the facilities and the parking, but the front‑desk staff were terrible except for Amir and a young Latina who were occasionally helpful; the rest treated guests like animals, which was a shame because the place is otherwise worth it. They gave me a flower arrangement, then removed more than half the roses and later I saw those roses on a cleaning cart being used as décor without even asking me, even though I would have given them back. It’s embarrassing that cleaners seem to take things instead of just cleaning (they cleaned a day late), and my Gucci glasses vanished from the reception desk where the computer sits, with no effort made to find them. They also charged my card for something they couldn’t explain. It was my first time here and the hotel looks nice, but the service is awful; if you’re Latino you might be treated differently, so think twice before coming.
