The spot was great—super easy to reach the event I was at. The kitchen, living room and other shared areas were comfy and welcoming. The cleaning crew was very professional, and the young lady at check‑in was incredibly helpful. The parking area could use some work; construction behind the house is taking up spots, and each morning I had to carefully drive over a rock pile and squeeze past another car, which was nerve‑racking. Once the build finishes, more parking will be needed, so adding directions about legal on‑street parking or nearby options would help. I stayed in room six; the window opening onto the stairwell seemed odd but let light flow into the hallway. I kept the blinds closed so people in the hall couldn’t see into my room, which felt like a shadow‑puppet display on my last day—embarrassing to be seen changing clothes. A thicker blind would stop the light from showing through.

Nothing ,. Couldn’t find the property took about half hour. Not clear that its down an ally way behind food shops and looked like a building site Couldint use the toilet (only 1toilet)as other guests was in the shower one after another for very long periods. No privacy, other guests banging doors, could here everyone’s conversations, could not get tv to work no internet connection, stayed in room 1 small double bed with a double mattress on it 1 pillow LEFT guest house at 10.20 pm did not even stay would not recommend

The kitchen and common areas were clean and well equipped, and the bedroom was a good size. However, access needs better signage, the alternate door is always unlocked, and there’s rubble from a caravan used by builders; the door was left open while using the bathroom.

There’s a strong, unpleasant smell in the room that comes from the pillowcases and duvet cover—apparently they haven’t been replaced for days, which is extremely uncomfortable. There isn’t enough toilet roll in the bathroom.
