“I’d try it again - very caring .”

I had a problem with filters not being clean; they didn’t appear so I cleaned them myself. The staff apologized, sent a guy to the wrong room, and apologized several times. Someone gave me the wrong room number, but they said they wouldn’t charge me for the towel. I cleaned the filter myself and was very thankful. They checked on me several times, which I appreciated. I would stay again hoping the cleaning scent when you first walk into the building will be better. The filter was dirty, they didn’t use eco‑friendly cleaning supplies – I’m allergic to alcohol – and there were chemical scents in the cleaning supplies. No healthy food options – only clean ingredients and organic.

The staff were all very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with amenities for you when you forget yours. Nothing major, but the coffee maker in our room was missing a piece so no coffee. An onsite bar was advertised, but it was not open on a Friday night.

“10/10 would stay again.”

All staff were friendly and accommodating. They cleaned our room and had it ready for us by 1:30. I forgot my wedding ring and they reached out promptly and placed it in their safe until I could get back there. The lobby area was spacious for our large softball group/families and the outdoor sitting areas were a great place to sit and relax after a long day. Rooms were clean and large and beds were comfortable. Wish WiFi was more easily accessible.

Everything except my check‑in. The desk attendant seemed to be partying with the rugby teams and I was being bullied by some of the team members and ignored by staff.
