Wellness Hotel Bulgaria

The location was perfect, everything was clean and cozy, and the staff were helpful and friendly, meeting all our wishes, even providing a very early breakfast. We loved it! I can't say I didn't like anything, but the pool water was cold, which I blame on our late reservation and the fact that guests weren't expected, so the pool still struggled to warm up.

We stayed in a super cozy hotel that was the only place still open during the off‑season, so we had the whole building to ourselves and managed three very pleasant days, with everything that could be arranged prepared for us; the only downside was that the spa closed at 5 pm, just as we got back from our outings, which wasn’t a big deal but meant it wasn’t worth keeping open for just two guests in the whole hotel.

“Not wort for the money”

The SPA was decent, location was great(close to old town), 5-7 by foot to gondola The Break feast was good. 1. the Staff barely speak English 2. the Ski equipment room was not heated and the boots were not drying because heat on the pipes doesn't exists 3. Old furniture on the rooms, the pictures from twin room on the booking doesn't reflect the current situation 4. the beds basically were made from 2 matresses, no head boards on the "beds" 5. The Breakfast needs to be improved and work on diversity and not adding the same breakfast for each day 6. My friends were freezing on their room on 3rd floor as the heating was not working and on all 4 nights they were freezing on their beds and had to sleep on with their termic clothes and hats 7. No Bar available on the hotel to get a drink( beer, wine etc) 8. for the 4 nights 600Euro not wort it

“Mediu/Satisfăcător”

The location is about a ten‑minute walk to the gondola, and the coffee in the SPA area is decent (only the indoor part). Housekeeping comes daily. We were given a room on the third floor attic, which stayed warmer in the hallway than in the room, a point we raised on two of the four nights without any change. Breakfast was satisfactory—about 95 % of it was cold, which I mention because the hot zone was limited. Parking is in the garage, but you can’t fit an SUV or a trunk‑loaded car, so we ended up on a narrow street. There’s no bar, yet a sign at the door warned of a €100 “fine” for bringing in outside drinks, which never happened, making the notice seem pointless. The ski storage room (unheated and poorly set up) is in the basement garage, accessed via a steep ramp that’s hard to get in and out of.

“We really enjoyed our stay!”

The location was perfect, the breakfast was very good, and the spa area was nice. Everything else was fine!
