The location, I booked it because it’s near my occasion. The cleanness, it wasn’t clean at all. I asked them to clean again the bathroom because of the bad smell, they cleaned it with a very dirty towel

I made a reservation and received confirmation from the site, but when I arrived the staff refused my booking and cancelled it right in front of me, with no explanation or courtesy.
