“Won't be back”
The room stayed nice and toasty, but I was hit with a $25 dog fee that wasn’t mentioned when I booked. On top of that, the place was a nightmare at night – people were chatting loudly all the way through the evening.
Stayed in Kingaroy for a choir concert at the town hall and the hotel was clean and comfy. Nothing else stood out, but it was good enough for the trip.
The blankets on the bed were a bit too thin for a cool night. I ended up feeling chilly and didn’t get a truly restful sleep.
“Disappointing”
I came in expecting a decent stay, but the place was a mess. The shower was filthy, with grime on the curtain’s bottom, and the windows and sill were dusty. The bed had only a thin sheet, no blankets, and there were no cupboards to stash anything. I froze in that room and decided I’d never come back.
The staff were quick and courteous, always ready to help. However, the unit looked worn out and tired – everything felt old and a bit shabby, even though it was clean.
