How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is great, and there are loads of free extras—everything in the minibar is complimentary and restocked. The lounge offers tasty snacks, and the décor is amazing. The fitness centre is small, and the breakfast service can be inconsistent.

The hospitality is excellent, but the cost of accommodation is high.

The bathtub offered a very pleasant soaking experience, and every staff member was committed to improving service.

The hotel is top‑class in a historic building that has been tastefully renovated. The large room is fully equipped, the restaurant is excellent, and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The location is excellent and the room is very beautiful; the staff are attentive once you’re there. I tried to contact the hotel before my stay via a message on Booking and two emails, but never received a reply. I finally had to call so someone would get back to me, and that lack of follow‑up is not worthy of a Leading Hotels of the World property.
