“Super Lage, leckeres Frühstück und super freundliches Personal”

The location is great: 5 minutes from Campo. A totally quiet apartment with a nice view. The breakfast box we received every morning was excellent and the most loved. The parking service worked well. Our bed wasn’t that good: it always rolls to the middle. Also the blankets are just a lump and very heavy.

The proximity to Piazza Il Campo, the Italian atmosphere in large apartments with high ceilings, and the quiet street. Parking with a driver who picks up the car at the hotel entrance and returns it on the day of departure. Warm welcome and helpful tips for restaurants and sights.

The parking service was excellent and very helpful, and the staff were all very friendly. The location was great. The room was small but clean and just enough to sleep in. The roof terrace wasn’t easily accessible, and there was no German TV.

“Old and dirty bathroom and bleak room . Other than that language was possibly a barrier to get real service . No effort”

The location is close to the centre. The room was a suite (the pricier one) but it felt like a bleak hospital room. The fan in the bathroom was super noisy and about to break. The shower stall was covered in grime and the caulking at the bottom looked gross. I asked the cleaning staff to inform the staff and come inside to look at the flickering light in the bathroom. No replacement. We paid for three nights and left very disappointed.

“Super vriendelijke personeel en locatie in het oude centrum maakten bezoek aan Siena extra bijzonder”

The hotel is right in the old town, within walking distance of Piazza del Campo, and booking an aperitif on the roof terrace with an amazing view of the city was fantastic. The breakfast delivered to the room was delicious.
