“Very tiring!”

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great, yet the parking lot was full of loud trucks. The bed was uncomfortable, and a smoke detector directly over the bed flashed two bright green LEDs every 5 seconds, disrupting sleep. A sound from the bathroom wall resembled a mouse with a small hammer tapping a pipe, and the AC rattling grill was very loud; we won’t stay here again.

“Really nice room for a quick one-night business trip”

I always appreciate a friendly receptionist like Nancy—surprisingly few people smile these days. The room was really nice, and the only downside was discovering that booking didn’t allow the discounts I normally get as a Texas Tech physician. Breakfast was excellent and the lobby and rooms were overall great.
