How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is outstanding in the heart of Prati, with services, restaurants, bars for breakfast or a quick snack, and a metro stop literally a couple of steps away; the room we chose is comfortable and well furnished, I would just tweak the bathroom lighting a bit (though it does have a window, which is not a given); Martina was extremely kind and always smiling at the reception! The bathroom was not very bright.

The receptionist is the only thing worth mentioning. This is not a hotel but an Airbnb made up of three rooms. There is no reception; the girl comes at the agreed time and then leaves. I asked for a double bed and got two single spring beds that seemed like they might collapse every time we moved. The pillows were new at first but now only help with neck pain. The bathroom’s extractor didn’t suck up the dust, and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. We had to message the receptionist to change the sheets because, as soon as we got up, we sweated and found them damp. In short, a disappointment, impossible to rest with that furniture and paper walls. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy. The only thing I can truly appreciate is the “receptionist’s” attitude; the rest leaves much to be desired.

Perfect location, clean, good service and attentive staff; it would have been nice to have a key lock locker for luggage, otherwise everything was great.

Great place for a few days clean,tidy ,perfect location.Martina checked us in and recommended a few places to eat and visit. Very helpful and welcoming.Highly recommend for a stay in Rome.Thank you and see you soon again
