The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities looked cozy, yet everything was disorganized: after an administrative mistake they swapped me into a different room, then it took nearly a week to issue my bill; the second room I received (after the mix‑up) had a broken lock and the door opened without resistance even when locked, and the next room they assigned me was damp near the bathroom, lacked ventilation, smelled musty, and had spiders.
