The staff were friendly and accommodating, the parking was convenient, and the breakfast was good. The Regent Bistro, however, had a rigid menu; when we didn’t want soda, they wouldn’t let us switch to a simple coffee even though it was cheaper, and the waitress insisted we pay extra for it—unacceptable, so I didn’t order anything and she ended up making a profit. This contrasted sharply with the hotel’s attentive service, where staff went out of their way for guests.
