We liked many aspects of our stay: the friendly owners, the delicious homemade dinner and breakfast, the comfy bed, the animals, the sunset and sunrise, and the quietness. I couldn’t fault anything.

The bedding was comfortable and the animals are amazing; the host was very nice. However, the listing says private bathroom yet they are shared, and the whole caravan park is shared. We waited half an hour for a shower before we could get back on the road without one, which felt like the whole house was shared.

We loved the animals, the artesian baths, the spa, and the fairy lights that lit up the dinner area, but the male host kept drinking and lingered near us all afternoon, which made us feel uneasy and threatened.

Checking in was a breeze, and the self‑contained unit had a laundry, shower, and toilet, plus more cooking gear than we expected and a few board games; breakfast was tasty and included, and meals were offered even though we didn't order them, and parking was right next to the room. The only downside was light leaking through the glass louvres from the room next door.
